Considering the natural extension of the Monte Sacro district, it is more commonly called talents, by the surname of the family owner of the estate on which the inhabited area arose. Its main square is dedicated to Pier Carlo Talenti, who died prematurely in 1925 for a car accident [5], engineer and older brother of Achille Talenti, well -known engineer and entrepreneur and owner of the S.I.R.A. (Italian Society of Agricultural Restore), A.L.B.A. (anonymous Lazio regulation agricultural reclamation) and Achille Talenti Costruzioni srl. Achille Talenti was one of the most prolific builders of the twentieth century in Italy by directing the construction of Sabaudia, Piazza Augusto Imperatore, the Rome registry in via Luigi Petroselli, the Eur district, and the design, construction and urban development of the Talenti district.
