Location:
Via Angelo Secchi is a small road that from Viale dei Parioli rises to via Antonio Bertoloni.
It was made famous by the fact that here he bought an apartment Benito Mussolini for his daughter Edda Ciano and husband Galeazzo Ciano.
In this street, before the Second World War, three beautiful girls, daughters of an affirmed merchant who, starting from a shop in via del Plebiscito, had opened several rubber shops and other "modern" materials for Rome. They were the Tortima sisters, heirs of the "Sisters Adamoli" shops. The first shop of the Adamoli sisters (there were three) was opened in Rome in 1886, in Piazza Venezia. Detected in 1901 by his nephew Pietro Tortima, he was moved in via del Plebiscito 107, in the Doria palace where he was opened until the years 2010.
